Our experience
The CEMEA Innovation Center embraces the principles of human-centric
design and focuses on serving our region’s unique innovation needs. We have learned a lot from 5 years of being part of a global network of innovation centers and have worked with partners to build tangible, customer-centric solutions
Our 4,000 square-foot facility is an open and collaborative space designed to serve clients and partners in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa to build cashless economies. Our space includes:
- Collaboration Space: An open space where you will engage and exchange points of views and plans on innovation, discuss challenges and opportunities, and hear from Visa experts who will share how Visa’s products and capabilities can fit your needs. The space is a place to build the future of payments together – through rapid prototyping and co-creation. We use design-thinking methodologies to ideate and develop new ideas and customer experiences.
- Experience Gallery: An experience gallery with various payment solutions fitted out with the latest point-of-sale, online and mobile payments technology. Check out our Internet of Things showcase, which include examples of a connected home, voice command services and demos of biometric payment technology prototypes. This fully digital space is built to inspire you.

The innovation team
The CEMEA Innovation and Design team has in-depth knowledge of payments as well as human-centered design. Our designers, engineers, product experts and innovation leaders have experience designing, developing and deploying new solutions with a focus on the end user experience to solve our client’s biggest challenges. Each session – including the people helping you with the experience – is tailored to your needs.
