With views of the enchanting lagoon, the vibrant brunch at Jumeirah Mina A'Salam has its offerings spread between Hanaaya and Tortuga restaurants where guests can enjoy an array of cuisines, including live cooking stations and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Inspired by food festivals, the brunch has a ‘live-action’ feel as chefs put on a display and create a myriad of flavours while also sharing stories about the dishes as they are created in front of the diner’s eyes. Specialties include Chicken Katsu Burgers, Fusion Ramen Noodles and Sri Lankan favourites such as Biryani Roti Cones and Bunny Chow. The ‘Global Grill’ features meats from foodie travellers’ top destinations including Italy, Philippines, United States, Middle East, Vietnam, Morocco and Australia.
The brunch also offers a separate children’s area with its own buffet and plenty of entertainment and guests can also visit the Resort’s friendly turtles in the nearby rehabilitation pens.
